Estate Administration can include sorting and categorising physical possessions, writings and memorabilia, collating of all paperwork & financials relevant to the closing of the estate or of significance to the family.
Everything is categorised and an inventory created of; valuable/saleable, for charity, recyclable and rubbish items. Nothing is disposed of without due consultation.
Thereafter we can arrange for the property to be cleaned, redecorated &/or staged for sale, meeting with contractors and real estate agents as required.

SORTED By Suzy will Plan and schedule every aspect of a house move from;
Requesting and analyzing movers’ quotes (to assist in choosing a mover)
Managing the move:- overseeing; packing, loading, unloading, and arrangement of furniture and cartons at the new premises.
We help you determine what to move, what to dispose of (and how), what to sell (and how) and what will fit in the new home and where. Finally we can arrange the complete unpacking and placement of each item in the new home and see that all services are on so that you can walk in to your new home as though you'd been living there for years .
